  2. Phone Consultation- We discuss your needs, goals of the assessment, and schedule your in-home assessment. This is a great time to get any questions answered about us and the assessment process.
  3. Physical Assessment- Based on the type of assessment selected, our Certified Specialist(s) will conduct a thorough and detailed evaluation of your home and/or property. The assessment takes approximately 1-3 hours, depending on the property and chosen assessment type. Additional nighttime lighting review property access will be scheduled as needed.
  4. Professional, Personalized Recommendations- Within 1-2 business days after your assessment, you'll receive a completed, confidential report along with detailed recommendations. Each suggestion is thoughtfully tailored to your home or property, offering practical and cost-effective ways to enhance safety, security, or both.
  5. Implementation Support- Need help making changes? We can guide you to trusted local service providers. Have additional questions after the evaluation? No worries! We conclude with a scheduled phone call to review and answer any follow-up questions you may have.
