Grab Bar Installation

We don't shy away from challenging installations such as this grab bar and towel hooks in shower tile. While it may take a little more time and care, we always do our best to provide our clients with exactly what they envision for their homes.
We always prioritize safety and proper installation by securely mounting grab bars into wall studs or solid blocking whenever possible. If studs or framing members are not available in the desired location, we utilize ADA-approved wall anchor systems designed specifically for grab bar installations. When needed, we can also add blocking behind the wall or offer alternative customized solutions to avoid disturbing the wall.
Handrail Installation
Falls are one of the greatest risks as we age. By adding a secure handrail, anchored to the concrete steps, we created a safer and more supportive entryway that helps maintain independence and adds peace of mind for this client in Kansas City.
We love custom building safety solutions for our clients. This client asked for a handrail to be added to the outsides of two sets of deck stairs. We showed up, took measurements, acquired the materials and got to work...

Laundry Relocation
After a serious fall on the stairs to her basement, our client needed a safer and more convenient solution. We relocated her laundry room to the main floor and installed cabinetry and finishing touches. This upgrade not only restored her independence, but also gave peace of mind of knowing she no longer has to risk the basement stairs for daily tasks.
Outdoor Home Repairs & Maintenance
A safe and secure home doesn't stop at the front or back door. The owner of this shed near Lee's Summit asked us to build a new door and replace the water-damaged lower wall sills with pressure-treated planks.
General Home Repairs & Maintenance
This client noticed a small water leak causing damage to their bathroom ceiling. We carefully opened the area, immediately found the source of the leak, made the necessary repairs, and restored the ceiling as if nothing had ever happened. We take pride in maintaining a tidy, respectful project area, and we always leave the space clean and ready to be lived in again.
This client had 15 windows that needed small repairs and paint. We filled the old hardware indentations, sanded everything smooth and repainted to match the existing trim work. We work together as a team to get all of our projects done as efficiently and cost-effectively as possible for our clients.

Larger Projects We Have Completed
We removed this existing cast iron tub that had started to degrade over time and installed a tub with a bump-out for more tub space. The sink was replaced with a more modern design, and the flooring was repaired, leveled and sealed for a firm and stable base.
This kitchen needed an entire remodel, one in which everything was touched. From dark and dated to bright and modern, we can tackle small jobs and large projects with the same level of skill and enthusiasm.
This client wanted more square footage in the main bedroom. We opened up the wall where two closets were, created a new walk-in closet and bathroom through an adjacent wall, installed a new laminate flooring and finished with new paint and fixtures. A great use of unused space in the home.
In this basement, the homeowner wanted a new office installed to be able to work from home. We jumped into gear, planned the project, picked up the materials, and got to work.
