Each visit includes:
•    Completion of pre-approved light maintenance tasks like replacing batteries, changing air filters, checking smoke/CO detectors, securing rugs or cords, flipping mattress, changing lightbulbs, lubricating locks, and more
•    A seasonal home maintenance tip or checklist provided in writing
•    Identification of potential upcoming needs (e.g., weatherproofing, plumbing fixes, loose railing)
•    Optional family updates to ensure transparency and communication
